Our Turtle Cheesecake is the delicious mix of our handcrafted NYC-style, rich caramel sauce, & freshly toasted pecans. The base of it all encapsulates a rich & creamy flavor for your palette to enjoy, but when paired with the rich caramel sauce on top & toasted pecans, it’s truly out of this world. The caramel sauce is the cherry on top within itself. Being the same caramel that fills our Couverture Caramel Hearts, this decadent caramel sauce is the perfect item to pair with cheesecakes as well as the toasted, nutty flavor of the pecans.
